Rich, butter-heavy vanilla sponge that is incredibly light, tender, and moist. Once cooled, each generous square is fully submerged in a glossy, dark chocolate and cocoa glaze. Finally, they are rolled heavily in fine coconut, creating a delicate shell around the soft cake.
